Return & Exchange

  • Return

The return deadline is 14 days from the shipment confirmation date.

The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt).

RUIRUIDENG reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

We consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of shipping back to us for exchange or return. and the product in the event of loss

  • How to return
  1. Pack up your return securely and be sure to include your completed Return Notes
  2. Email us about your return request
  3. Once we receive your return request, we will email you back with the returning address.
  4. Send the parcel back to the returning address that we provided. (Please note that we considered that you need to bear the cost of returning shipment)
  5. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund immediately if the product is in a refundable condition. Refunds will be made to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank. If you have further questions, we suggest you contact our Customer Service

 

     2Exchanges

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 14 days from the date of the shipment confirmation.

The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (same reference number), by colour and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.

  • How to exchange
  1. Pack up your return securely
  2. Email us about your exchange request
  3. Once we receive your exchange request, we will email you back with the address.
  4. Send the parcel back to the address that we provided. (Please note that we considered that you need to bear the cost of returning shipment)
  5. Once we receive your product, we will process your exchange requirement immediately if the product is in a good condition. A new product will be sent to you for free in a maximum of 14 days. If you have further questions, we suggest you contact our Customer Service
