Delivery 

 

Free UK standard delivery over £300

Free Global standard delivery over £500

 

Any orders placed after 2pm Monday – Thursday will be processed the next working day.

Any orders placed after 2pm Friday – Sunday and on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO boxes. Please note that international delivery times can vary, but we aim to deliver within 7 working days. 

 

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information with your tracking number. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you have entered the wrong address, your parcel may be returned to us by our courier. If so, you will then be recharged for re-sending your order. To avoid this happening, please enter your full and complete postal address and if you have made a mistake please email info@ruiruideng.co.uk as soon as possible.

If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the costs to resend the order. We charge £5 to resend via recorded delivery.
